1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the website of the Internet resource "voronin-fr.com" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), which is owned by Nikita Voronin, an individual entrepreneur in Georgia (Identification number 322950810).
1.2. Continued use of the Site by any user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") signifies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice. Changes come into effect from the moment they are published on the Site.

2.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms are used:

2.1.2. User – an individual or legal entity accessing the Site and using its services.

2.1.3.2. Provision of educational materials on the French language and DELF exam preparation.
2.1.3.3. Individual lessons to improve the French language proficiency of students.
2.1.3.4. Online consultations on the admission process to French educational institutions and the DELF exam.

3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to information about Nikita Voronin, his services, and products on the Site, as well as the provision of the services described in clause 2.1.
3.2. Access to the Site and the use of its services are provided free of charge, except in cases specified in clause 3.1.

4.1. The Site Administration has the right to:
4.1.1. Change the terms of use of the Site and its content without prior notice.
4.1.2. Restrict the User's access to the Site in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
4.2. The User has the right to:
4.2.1. Access and use the services provided on the Site.
4.2.2. Contact Nikita Voronin personally for additional information about the provided services.
4.3. The User undertakes to:
4.3.1. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.

• 4.3.2. Study all terms of service provision for a complete understanding of their content and consequences.

5.1. The Site and its content are protected by copyright and intellectual property protection laws.

• 5.2. Use of the Site's materials without prior consent from Nikita Voronin is prohibited.

6.1. Nikita Voronin is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the User as a result of using or being unable to use the services provided through the Site.
6.2. The User is solely responsible for the interpretation and use of the information and services received through the Site.

7.1. The Site Administration has the right to terminate the User's access to the Site in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.

8.1. In case of disputes between the parties to the Agreement, they undertake to attempt to resolve them through negotiations.

• 8.2. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute may be referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.

9.1. This Agreement is a public offer and applies to all Users of the Site.
9.2. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.
